The content of Company Tear Sheet
1. Basic information
This pillar includes your portfolio company’s business information, such as Legal name, country, Industry/sector... To pick the data points you want to show in your report, switch the toggle button to the right as default.
2. Investment details
This pillar includes your portfolio company’s investment transactions data, such as Initial Investment, Total Investment, Percentage ownership... To pick the data points you want to show in your report, switch the toggle button to the right as default.
3. Valuation
This pillar includes your portfolio company’s valuation/post-transaction data, such as fair value, gross IRR, multiple of invested capital... To pick the data points you want to show in your report, switch the toggle button to the right as default.
4. Trading Overview
This pillar includes noteworthy updates you want to share with your LPs, such as LP report comment, exit rationale, ESG risks and opportunities... To pick the data points you want to show in your report, switch the toggle button to the right as default.
5. Metrics table
- This pillar includes your portfolio company’s metrics data. Click the drop-down to select the KPIs, then choose the time period(s) you wish to export the data (you can choose multiple KPIs for the same period).
- For values in future use, you can choose to include either the Forecast row or the Actuals row in this report, this setup will be saved for the next visit.
