My portfolio company keeps receiving reminder emails to complete reporting even though the quarterly report for the requested time period has already been published. Why?
In most cases the reason that the company keeps receiving reminders despite an already published quarterly report is that the automatic reminders on the Rundit platform are set to be sent monthly instead of quarterly.
Since the portfolio company completed a quarterly report instead of a monthly one, due to the reminders being set monthly, they'll received a reminder. If your company is reporting to you quarterly, please advise them to change the reminder frequency settings.
- On the company side of the tool, they need to navigate to the "Settings" page -> User settings -tab -> reminders. The reminder frequency can only be adjusted from the company side of the tool.
