I can’t seem to be able to delete metrics from the metrics template, why?
This will explain why you're not able to delete metrics from metrics template
The metric you’re trying to remove has most likely values reported on the companies’ metrics table.
- If the companies with the metric you’re trying to delete are managed by you (don’t have actual portfolio company users), you can remove the values from the tables first and then delete the metric from the metrics template.
- If the company has users (the actual portfolio company members), only they can delete the KPI from their side. The company might have other investors on Rundit as well that request certain KPIs from the company. That's why only the company members have the full authority over their metrics table.
