Import portfolio company metrics with Rundit's Excel import tool
Navigate to the top bar and select IMPORT > Import metrics
STEP 1 - CONFIGURE THE COMPANY METRICS
Start by configuring the company metrics you wish to import into the Rundit Platform in the Reporting Template - Metrics. Once you have completed the preceding step of configuring metrics, return to this page and proceed to Step 2.
STEP 2 - GENERATE AND DOWNLOAD EXCEL TEMPLATE
Generate an Excel template to manually enter your company metrics in bulk.
Please note that your portfolio may contain company profiles managed by the companies themselves. Currently, you don't have the permission to edit or modify these companies' data.
- Select all editable companies or specific companies from the company selection dropdown for generating Excel template.
- Choose whether you want to import data in Months/ Quarters/ Years.
- Finally, select the reporting period and hit the Generate Excel Template button.
STEP 3 - START IMPORTING THE COMPANY METRICS
- Once you have downloaded and filled the Excel template, start import by dragging and dropping the file on the upload area box below.
- Please double check to make sure that the company data is correct. The metrics will be imported in the Rundit platform accordingly.
- Hit the START IMPORT button to finalize the import.
CAUTION: If you tick the box Override empty cells, empty cells will replace any values that may already exist in the Rundit platform.
