How do the reporting reminders work?

How do the reporting reminders work?

The reminders are automatically sent by email on certain dates to the portfolio companies, as long as the reporting has not been done (updating either qualitative or quantitative reports will be considered as "reported"). The frequency for the reminders (monthly, quarterly or never) can be edited only through the companies’ accounts, not from the investor side.

⏰ You're also able to send custom reporting reminders manually to portfolio companies from the investor side of the Rundit platform!

  • Navigate to Portfolio Performance page -> Reporting Status.
  • Check when the automatic reminders have been sent within a selected time period, and whether the companies have reported or not.
  • Select the companies you want to send reminders to. You can choose to send a custom message to all companies that have not yet reported.

Automatic reporting reminders frequency logic:

1. If the company has selected to receive reminders "quarterly":

At 11.00AM on the 10th, 15th and 20th day after the quarter period has finished.

E.g. Q1 ends, a reminder is sent on the following dates (as long as the reporting hasn't been done):

11AM 10th April

11AM 15th April

11AM 20th April

2. If the company has selected to receive reminders "monthly":

Same logic, same dates but every month.
