Learn how to insert figures for both fully diluted shares and issued shares, and set which number will determine company valuation.
Having information on both fully diluted and issued shares is crucial for accurate company valuation and investment analysis. Fully diluted shares include all potential shares that could be issued through options, warrants, or convertible securities, providing a comprehensive view of potential ownership. Issued shares represent the actual shares currently outstanding.
