Company specific comment not showing in LP report
1. Make sure the comment has been added as an LP report comment.
- Navigate to the company profile comments tab (companies > select the right company > comments)
- There are two types of comments; internal comments and LP report comments. Make sure the comment is added as an LP report comment and if not, copy the text from an internal comment and add it as an LP report comment. You can also add comment directly to the interactive LP report section by navigating to APP > interactive LP reports (left side bar) > company performance comments > add company comment.
2. Ensure that the target period aligns with the interactive LP report period. For example, if you are creating an LP report for Q1 2024, make sure the comment is created for the same period.
3. In the LP report configuration, make sure you've selected to include the GP comment on company performance (in the company summary section). Save the report after any changes.
If you have added the comment after generating the LP report, don't forget to refresh the report to ensure the changes are reflected accurately.
