Can I give view only access to someone?

I want to share "view only access" to a team member, can I give "view only access" to them?

Unfortunately not. Instead, you can give access only to specific fund(s). In this case, the person who are invited for this specific fund(s) will not be able to see anything outside the fund they have access to.
