How do I export data from Rundit?

I would like to export data from Rundit, how can I do that?

To export data from Rundit, navigate to the top bar and choose Export. Select from the available exporting options:

• All data (.xlsx)
• Company tear Sheet (.xlsx)
• Company KPIs (.xlsx)
• Fund Performance and Portfolio Summary (.xlsx)
• Company information (.xlsx)
• Metric timeline chart (.png)
• Investment timeline chart (.png)

All Data reports include all information on your portfolio companies reporting, investment transactions and fund holdings. You can check the fx rates and portfolio companies’ founders & management information. The export also includes a glossary. Read more about Export company metrics all data

Company Tear Sheet is a structured Excel output, formatted in a way that you can easily download it as a PDF document. In Excel, you can edit the values if needed before creating a pdf. Each company that you choose to include in the report will have its own sheet containing all the selected data points. Read more about Company Tear Sheet.

Exporting Company KPIs allows you to select specific KPIs for portfolio companies over a chosen time frame and for particular companies. Each company will have its own sheet displaying the chosen KPIs. For instance, you can opt to export monthly KPIs for an entire year from January to December. Read more about Company KPIs export.

Fund Performance and Portfolio Summary lets you export Fund level returns (Total investment, Fair Value, MOIC, Gross IRR etc.) and Portfolio Summary information (list of portfolio companies and company level Returns - Date of first investment, holding period, fair value, cost etc.). Company information export is an Excel extract of basic portfolio company information, including company name, business ID, address, website, founding year, labels and industries etc. Read more here.

The timeline charts can be exported as single or multiple PNG files, allowing you to visually represent portfolio company metrics or investment transaction timelines. Customize the charts by selecting the KPIs and preferred periods. These visual aids can be attached to internal reports or presentations to effectively showcase the company's performance.
