# As an investor user, how do I export data from Rundit?
## I would like to export data from Rundit, how can I do that?
To export data from Rundit, navigate to the top bar and choose **Export.** Select from the available exporting options:
- **All data (.xlsx)**
- **Company tear Sheet (.xlsx)**
- **Company KPIs (.xlsx)**
- **Fund Performance and Portfolio Summary (.xlsx)**
- **Company information (.xlsx)**
- **Metric timeline chart (.png)**
- **Investment timeline chart (.png)**

The ***All Data*** export encompass comprehensive details about your portfolio companies' reports, investment transactions, and fund holdings. ***Company Tear Sheet*** is a structured Excel output, formatted in a way that you can easily download it as a PDF document. A tearsheet is a concise, one-page document summarizing key information about a company within an investment portfolio. It includes basic details like the company's name, industry, and headquarters, along with investment data such as the ownership stake, amount invested, Gross IRR % and other return analytics. Financial metrics like revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators are highlighted to your preference. In Excel, you can edit the values if needed before creating a pdf. Each company that you choose to include in the report will have its own sheet containing all the selected data points. ***Exporting Company KPIs*** allows you to select specific KPIs for portfolio companies over a chosen time frame and for particular companies. Each company will have its own sheet displaying the chosen KPIs. For instance, you can opt to export monthly KPIs for an entire year from January to December. ***Fund Performance and Portfolio Summary*** lets you export Fund level returns (Total investment, Fair Value, MOIC, Gross IRR etc.) and Portfolio Summary information (list of portfolio companies and company level Returns - Date of first investment, holding period, fair value, cost etc.). **[Read more here.](https://support.rundit.com/export-fund-performance?hsLang=en)**
***Company information export*** is an Excel extract of basic portfolio company information, including company name, business ID, address, website, founding year, labels and industries etc. **[Read more here.](https://support.rundit.com/export-company-information?hsLang=en)**
***The timeline charts*** can be exported as single or multiple PNG files, allowing you to visually represent portfolio company metrics or investment transaction timelines. Customize the charts by selecting the KPIs and preferred periods. These visual aids can be attached to internal reports or presentations to effectively showcase the company's performance. *Please note that exporting is only available for Rundit VC Pro, VC Pro Plus and VC Premium users. To export data of a specific portfolio company, you must be a* ***VC admin*** *or a* ***VC member*** *with access to the fund your company is assigned to.*
